I'm now down a total of 12.8 pounds since March 1st. I don't feel like I'm starving and I really feel like I'm making a CHANGE in learning how to eat healthy - I am NOT dieting.
I'm really excited. I know I have a long journey ahead of me, but I'm ready!!!

You go girl. Congrats to the 12+ pounds. It's a battle that I can't seem to win.
But you keep going.
That is so awesome. Izzybeth... I had some difficulties (medical) a couple of years ago and gained a bunch of weight. It took me 3 months to gain the weight and a year to lose it!
Do it sensibly... and EXERCISE ...10 minutes at a time if you have to.. each day... go for 30 minutes.
I'm proud of you!
